All fees are quoted in USD.

* Should you become an ITI Member prior to registering, the ITI Member fee will be honored. To become an ITI Member visit www.iti.org.

** To benefit from the reduced student fee, it is necessary to provide a signed letter of confirmation on official university stationery from the department chair or dean. Please send this letter by email to the ITI registration office at events@iti.org or by fax to +41 (0)61 270 83 84.

On-site registration will be available on a space-available basis. Please keep in mind that if the congress is sold out, we will be unable to accept onsite registrations. In order to reduce the chance of disappointment and frustration (if you have not pre-registered) we recommend that you carefully check the website and check congress availability before traveling to Kuala Lumpur.

Payment

The only currency accepted is US Dollars (USD).

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

If you choose credit card payment as your preferred payment option, your credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of the online registration process.

IMPORTANT: only VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Payment by American Express credit cards is not supported.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

If you choose bank transfer as your preferred payment option, an invoice will be sent automatically to the email address you have provided.

Registration fees are to be transferred to the bank account below upon receipt of the invoice. All bank transfers need to be made in full. Any bank charges must be paid by the registrant. There is no claim to admission if the registration fee has not been paid in full.

Please do not forget to indicate the participant’s name clearly as well as the reference “ITI SEA 2019” as otherwise payment cannot be identified and assigned to your registration.

The full registration fee must be received by the ITI to complete the registration process.

If fees are forwarded late and are not credited to the ITI’s account by the start of the Congress (bank transfers may take up to 4 working days), a copy of the remittance order certified by your bank must be supplied as proof of payment.
