Photography/Recorded Material

The ITI, its contractors and any attending media representatives may photograph, film, make audio recordings, or webcast scientific sessions during the congress. Attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow any photography or recorded material to be used by the ITI in Association publications, on the ITI website, and in marketing and promotional materials. Photographs are made available to ITI Congress attendees via various channels and may also be shared with the media. ITI Congress South East Asia attendees waive all claims against the ITI for any liability resulting from these uses.

Only officially contracted ITI Congress South East Asia vendors and journalists with ITI-approved press credentials will be permitted to photograph, video and/or audio-tape sessions and/or the exhibition hall. Individuals who make a recording using personal video/audio equipment or other recording devices (i.e. cell phones, digital or film cameras or audio recorders) without prior permission from the ITI or without proper credentials will be asked to stop recording or using these devices immediately.
