Guidelines for the Poster Competition

The Scientific Program Committee is delighted to invite you to submit your scientific (basic science and animal studies) or clinical abstract (case studies, surgical procedures or therapeutic innovations) on the following topics:

• Oral Implantology
• Soft Tissue Regeneration
• Bone Regeneration
• Multidisciplinary Treatments
• Digital Workflow

General Information

All abstracts received will be reviewed by a jury and the authors will be notified

regarding acceptance or rejection of the abstract in due time prior to the congress. In order to participate in the poster competition, the first author or the presenting author must be registered for the ITI Congress South East Asia 2019. The first author will receive a notification regarding the approval as well as information regarding date and time of the poster session by February 15, 2019.

Submisison Process

In order to submit your abstract please follow the process as described below:

1. Register for the congress (we recommend online registration at www.iti.org/congress-southeastasia)

2. Download and complete the abstract submission form.

3. Send the abstract submission form to Mr. Sven Pfeiffer at events@iti.org

4. You will receive an email confirming that your abstract has been received

Poster Awards

• 1st place: Free of charge registration to the ITI World Symposium 2020 in Singapore including economy flight and accommodation
• 2nd place: Free 1-year ITI Digital Membership
• 3rd place: 250 ITI Online Academy Credits
  

Characteristics of the Abstracts / Posters

• The abstract must not include more than 400 words.
• Poster must be printed in the following format: 118.9cm (height) x 84.1cm (width)
• The posters have to be set in place in the morning of March 29
• The first author needs to be present at his poster during the poster session in order to explain or clarify questions the jury may ask. This regulation is mandatory in order to be considered for the prize.
