Overnight tour: Wadi Rum including Petra classic visit

Day 1: Dead Sea Hotel – Petra (visit) – Wadi Rum Camp

Pick up from the hotel. Departure to Petra. Classic full day visit of the Nabatean red rose city of Petra,where the movie Indiana Jones was filmed. Petra one of the Seven Wonders of the World, carved out of rock over2000 years Aug. We will access the city through its entrance (Siq) of 1.2 kilometers from there we continue toreach the impressive monumental Treasury (El Khazneh) which was believed to hold countless treasures. The first view of the “Khazneh” is breath-taking. Other monuments we can see are the Theatre, the Byzantine Church, and the Royal Tombs. (Climb up to the Monastery or the Altar of Sacrifice is on behalf of the clients, without guide). Free time and visit the Petra Museum, if time permits. Transfer to the desert of Wadi Rum, one ofthe scenes from the film Lawrence of Arabia, The Martian by Mat Damon, and Star Wars: The Rise of Sky Walker, also one of the most spectacular settings in the Middle East. This is a red desert sand on which granite mountains rise and peaks of red and gold colors penetrate the scenery. Dinner and overnight at thecamp.

Day 2: Wadi Rum Camp-Wadi Rum (Visit) – Amman

Breakfast at the camp. A classic tour in 4x4 local vehicles for a breathtaking scenery of approximately 2hours. Drive to Amman.

• It is a common cultural practice in the tourism industry to pay tips to the guides, drivers, representatives, porters, waiters, horse or camel person, and jeep driver in Wadi Rum. In the restaurants it is advisable to leave a 10% tip for the waiters (if service not included). The suggested tip for the guide is 3 - 5 USD per person per day and for the driver is 2 - 3 USD per person per day based on the number of participants. (Recommended)
