Last-minute Registration
Registrations received after September 19, 2023, will be charged the last-minute/on-site registration fee.
On-site registration will be available on a space available basis. Please keep in mind that if the congress is sold out, we will be unable to accept on-site or last-minute registrations. In order to reduce the chance of disappointment and frustration (if you have not pre-registered), we recommend that you carefully check the website and check Congress availability before traveling to Jordan.
Students
To benefit from a Student fee, it is necessary to provide a signed letter that confirms postgraduate status on official school stationery from the department chair or dean. Please upload this letter during the registration process.
Registration of postgraduate students will be processed once the status confirmation letter has been received.
