Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon registration. ITI reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to delegates.  Payment can only be with Pay fast or Credit Card. No EFT’s or Cash accepted.

Speakers

View of speakers at any lecture or training are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the ITI, its Employees, agents or contractors.

Delegate cancelations:  must be received by ITI in writing and must be addressed to congress@adept.co.za.

Cancellations received 10 working days before the Event start date, entitle the delegate to a refund of 50% of the total fee.  Cancellations done between 14 August – 3 October will receive a 25% refund. Any other cancelation before 13 Aug will be charge a 10% service fee upon cancellation.

Speaker Changes

Occasionally it is necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content and timing of the program or the identity of the speakers.

Event Cancellation

If ITI cancels the event, delegate payments at the date of the cancellation will be credited.

Indemnity

ITI is absolved from and indemnified against any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of the event arising from any cause whatsoever, including, without limitation, any fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of the event impracticable or impossible. A fortuitous event includes, but is not limited to, war, fire, flood, industrial action, extreme weather, epidemics or other emergencies.

Hotel Accommodation

Fees do not include hotel accommodation, travel or ground transportation. For discounted reservations, contact the link provided on the ITI Congress website.
