Regeneration vs Preservation: Challenges in Replacing Multiple Adjacent Teeth

Tooth loss can significantly impact the dentoalveolar complex remodelling. This is especially true when multiple adjacent teeth are to be lost, which may impact the aesthetic outcome of implant therapy. In situations where aesthetic outcome is highly demanded, understanding the limitation of regeneration techniques and strategies for preservation is required when replacing multiple missing teeth. In this presentation, presenter will highlight the challenge in losing multiple adjacent teeth and explore different technique and strategy that can be utilized in the treatment of multiple missing teeth to achieve an optimal aesthetic outcome.
