Hotel rooms are being held at the EPIC SANA Marquês Hotel only. To take advantage of this special rate, please complete the booking form with the conference registration. Any required changes to your booking must be requested in writing to events@iti.org by 30 working days prior to the ITI Annual Conference 2023 start date.

Deluxe room, single occupancy:                   EUR 237 per night
Deluxe room, double occupancy:                 EUR 264 per night

The above rates are per room, per night, include VAT, service charge, municipal tourist tax*, standard WiFi as well as breakfast. *The municipal tourist tax is EUR 2 per guest and is applied to guests over the age of 13.

Terms and conditions

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation.
• Cancellations are free of charge if received before October 15, 2022.
• Cancellations received before November 15, 2022 will be refunded 75% of the invoice amount.
• Cancellations received after November 16, 2022 will be refunded 50% of the invoice amount.
• After December 15, 2022, the reservation is non-refundable.
• If the cancelled accommodation can be reassigned by ITI, the full amount will be refunded.
• If the event cannot be held due to Corona restrictions, the reservation will be refunded 100%.
• All cancellations and changes to your reservation must be made in writing to events@iti.org.
