Singapore street food, a hawker dining experience E011

Program description

Sample an authentic traditional local dishes in any of the Singapore's famous Hawker food centres (local food centres). See how "local chefs" called as 'aunties' or 'uncles' (term used to address older people) cooks your food as you order.

Aside from your sense of taste, discover the 'real thing' as you immerse on the environment where you dine with a local and eat just like the locals. As this is a public eating place, don't forget to "reserve your tables" using any of your things such as tissues, umbrellas, etc and discover how this practice of seat reservation is being widely practised and respected amongst the locals.
