Immediate loading or staged approach in the treatment of terminal dentition?

The presentation will focus on treatment planning and guidelines of implant-supported fixed prostheses for patients with a hopeless terminal dentition and will highlight how this treatment can improve patient’s quality of life. Different treatment modalities supported by a different number of implants has been scientifically validated. Treatment of edentulous patients is usually considered as an advanced-complex technique. In some cases, however it is possible to simplify treatment and reduce costs inserting a reduced number of implants, and CAD-CAM based frameworks. Different treatment modalities will be presented with step-by-step case presentation: benefits and limitations of each solutions will be also discussed.
