ROOM RATES

ITI Congress North America delegates benefit from preferential rates on event nights as well as on up to 3 nights pre and post event. A minimum stay of two nights is required.

Room rate:       $249

Room rate does not include breakfast*, resort fee and tax.

*Congress delegates will be served Continental Breakfast in the exhibition hall on Friday, June 16, 2023 and Saturday, June 17, 2022.

RESORT FEE

Room rates do not include the event-exclusive Resort Fee of $16.00, which will be billed to the guest room folio in addition to the room rate, plus applicable tax. The Resort Fee includes:

• Complimentary internet access for up to four devices
• Daily fitness center access at Exhale Spa
• Daily meditation class on Exhale Spa terrace (registration required and weather permitting)
• Daily pool pampering amenities including coconut water, tropical fruit, cold-pressed juice and more
• Use of up to four beach chairs daily (one chair per person)
• Use of kayaks, paddle boards and boogie boards (up to 30 mins per day, weather permitting, based on availability)
• Banana Boat rides from 10-11 a.m. daily, with last departure at 10:45 a.m. (weather permitting, based on availability)
• Lobby beverage station featuring locally infused refreshment from 3-6 p.m. daily
• Rec Room video games and vintage arcade center for teens and tweens
• Unlimited local calls

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 PM on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 AM on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure. Early check- in will be subject to room availability and free of charge.

CUT OFF DATE FOR PREFERENTIAL DATES 

Preferential rates are available until 5PM EDT on Friday, May 12, 2023.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Hotel cancellation policy requires guests to cancel by 4PM EDT 72 hours before arrival to avoid penalty fee of 1 night's room and tax.
